Non-standard Reaction Rates on Light Nuclei

Helios Helium

Stellar nuclear reaction rates (in cm3 mole-1 s-1) for non-standard reactions involving H, D, T, or He3 in the entrance or exit channel, multiple particle emission, and all reactions that result in net production of alpha-particle(s), as well as their inverses, are tabulated for 25 values of temperature.

The density dependence for all reaction channels is set to unity. For reactions involving identical particles, the experimental rates (either forward for reverse) have been reduced to take this into account.

In the reactions listed below, symbols for the reactants are: nu = neutrino, e+ = positron, e- = electron, g = gamma ray, n = neutron, p = proton, d = 2H, t=3H, and a = alpha-particle.
